The video caused an uproar of public opinion and caused public concern about the health status of the domestic hotel industry. Yesterday, it was suspected that employees of Hilton Garden Hotel in Hantang, Guiyang spread the passport information of "Huazong" in their WeChat group.

Yesterday morning, "President Hua" continued to disclose information through microblog, and its published information showed that in a WeChat chat group suspected of the Hilton Garden Hotel in Guiyang (i.e. the Hilton Garden Hotel in Hantang, Guiyang), the hotel staff disclosed their passport information and told other people in the group, "The name of the guest whose name is ×× about the operation process of room attendants washing cups in the room has been published on the microblog these days. Please pay attention when guests come to the hotel." To the confusion of "President Hua", he has never stayed in the hotel.

At 16:30, the official microblog of Hilton Garden Hotel in Hantang, Guiyang publicly responded that it was shocked that some employees of the hotel sent some passport information of the netizen in the hotel's internal WeChat work group, and expressed great regret. The response said that the hotel has carried out a preliminary investigation on the employees involved and will make a decision to deal with them after internal discussion.

"President Hua" said through microblog that he accepted the apology, but he had never stayed in the brand hotel, and hoped that the hotel would tell him where to obtain his identity information.

It is also reported that yesterday afternoon, Guiyang Tourism Industry Development Committee interviewed the principal of Sheraton Guiyang Airlines Hotel. Sheraton Guiyang Hotel apologized to the public and announced specific rectification measures, including: strengthening staff training, increasing the frequency of room hygiene inspection, checking the monitoring video, and dealing with the person responsible for the incident.
