In the afternoon of April 12, Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Statistics held a meeting on the arrangement of 2024 provincial departments' statistical monitoring reports on scientific and technological progress, government soft investment and intellectual property.

The meeting summarized and reviewed the development of statistical monitoring work such as scientific and technological progress of the province in 2023, arranged statistical monitoring report work such as scientific and technological progress of provincial departments, government soft investment, intellectual property rights and inclusive human capital investment this year, introduced the filling content, precautions and submission process, and held a discussion on how to better carry out statistical monitoring work.

The meeting pointed out that in recent years, the province's scientific and technological progress, government soft investment and intellectual property statistics and monitoring work, centering on the overall situation of work services, actively blazed new trails, formed a number of special reports, analyses, information, which has been approved by provincial leaders for many times, which has effectively played the role of statistical staff assistant for promoting innovation deepening and accelerating the building of a high-level innovative province in our province. The achievement can not be achieved without the strong support and cooperation of provincial departments for statistical work, which is the result of the cooperation of all departments. The meeting stressed that in order to do a good job in scientific and technological progress, government soft investment and intellectual property statistics, monitoring and statistics under the new situation, relevant provincial departments need to strengthen communication, close coordination and form a joint force. The meeting required all departments to carefully collect data, strictly review data, submit data on time, and ensure data quality in accordance with the statistical reporting system, to jointly complete the tasks of provincial departments' scientific and technological progress, government soft investment, and intellectual property statistical monitoring reports with high standards, and to serve the overall situation of innovation driven development of the province.
