1、 Scope of application of this agreement
1.1. This policy applies to all services on Alibaba Cloud websites (excluding Alibaba Cloud Apps, see 《 Alibaba Cloud App Legal Statement and Privacy Policy ）。 Services include page browsing, website login services, and technical services provided to you through Alibaba Cloud websites.
1.2. This policy does not apply to the services provided to you by other third parties. Your information processing and protection should be subject to the privacy policy or similar documents of such third parties. We do not assume any legal responsibility for the improper use or disclosure of information provided by you by any third party. For example, when a service provider in the Alibaba Cloud market provides services to you relying on the cloud market, the information you provide to the service provider does not apply to this policy.
1.3. It should be noted that, as a user of Alibaba Cloud, if you use Alibaba Cloud's technical services to provide services for your users again, since your business data belongs to you, you should agree a privacy policy with your users separately.
1.4. This policy only applies to our processing of your personal information when you use services provided by Alibaba Cloud websites. This policy does not apply to your personal information processed or hosted by us as a trustee on Alibaba Cloud's website.
2、 How we collect and use your user information
When you use the AliCloud website, we may obtain your user information in the following three ways:
(1) Information that you actively provide to us when using our AliCloud website, such as the corresponding information that you or your authorized subjects fill in when creating an account or purchasing technical services;
(2) When you use Alibaba Cloud websites, we actively collect relevant information, such as operation records or other log data when you use Alibaba Cloud websites;
(3) Under special circumstances, you may entrust and authorize our employees or partners to upload and submit relevant information on your behalf. For example, you may entrust customer service personnel to assist you in uploading and submitting information.
When you use Alibaba Cloud websites, we need/may need to collect and use your user information in the following two situations:
(1) In order to provide you with the basic functions of the AliCloud website, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use the AliCloud website normally.
(2) In order to provide you with additional functions of the AliCloud website, you can choose to agree or disagree with the information we collect and use separately. If you refuse to provide, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the functional effect we intend to achieve, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of Alibaba Cloud websites.
Alibaba Cloud has long been committed to creating a variety of products and/or services to meet the needs of users. We hereby remind you that the basic functions or additional functions and the types and scopes of information collected and used may be different due to the differences in the specific products and/or service scopes selected by different users. Please refer to the specific product and/or service functions.
（1） To provide you with basic functions of AliCloud websites
2.1. Help you become our member
2.1.1. When you create an account on AliCloud's website, you must provide us with your member name, set and confirm your Login Password , provide your mobile phone number in the People's Republic of China. The mobile phone number you submit ("secure mobile phone number" or "account contact mobile phone number") is used to receive the verification code when you register, log in, bind your account, and retrieve your password, and as one of the contact methods you specify with Alibaba Cloud, it is used to receive relevant business notifications (such as new product launches, service changes, etc.). If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register an AliCloud account, and you can only use browsing and search services.
2.1.2. If you have registered a Taobao platform account, 1688 account, staple account, Alipay account, Sina Weibo account, we may obtain your third-party account information (avatar, nickname, collection number and other information prompted on a separate page) from such third parties with your separate consent, so that you can easily log in to Alibaba Cloud App. The third party account will be bound to an AliCloud account, but AliCloud will still require you to provide a secure mobile phone number as described in 2.1.1. If the secure mobile phone number you provide is different from the mobile phone number bound to the third-party account, Alibaba Cloud will use the mobile phone number you submit separately as the secure mobile phone number. In particular, if you log in to Alibaba Cloud's website through your Taobao platform account and Alipay account before August 31, 2018, your corresponding account's registration information (mobile phone number/e-mail address, etc.) and real name authentication information (individual users include: name ID card No. ； Enterprise users include: enterprise name, enterprise certificate and information, enterprise legal representative information, etc.) will be synchronized to Alibaba Cloud. We will use your user information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and the relevant laws and regulations.
2.2. To provide you with technical services
2.2.1. According to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, when you use specific technical services, you may need to provide your real identity information through your AliCloud account. Alibaba Cloud provides you with various ways to help you provide real identity information. You should choose the appropriate way according to your identity attributes:
(1) If you provide your real information through Alipay real name authentication, you need to enter it first Alipay account and password Log in to Alipay account and complete real name authentication by binding Alipay account to your AliCloud account, that is, you authorize Alipay to submit your identity information to AliCloud (personal users include: name ID card No. ； Enterprise users include: enterprise name, enterprise certificate and information, enterprise legal representative information, etc.).
(2) If you conduct real name authentication through enterprise to company account, you need to submit your enterprise name, social credit code, business license image, and Bank account information (including deposit bank, bank account number and account holder) , Alibaba Cloud will use the information you submit only as a payment account when Alibaba Cloud completes your real name authentication.
(3) If you use face recognition for real name authentication, you need to provide Biometric information of facial features and front and back photos of your ID card And authorizes us to verify information through the national authoritative and trusted identity certification authority. Please be aware that we will only use the above information to verify your identity and record and store the verification results, and will not store such sensitive personal information for other purposes not explicitly authorized by you.
You know and understand that, ID information , and according to the identity authentication method you choose, Alipay account information, bank account information or biometric information of facial features It is necessary to authenticate your true identity according to legal requirements.
The above information contains your sensitive personal information. Once disclosed or illegally used, your personal dignity may be violated or your personal and property safety may be endangered. Please carefully consider which way to use for authentication. However, if you refuse to provide us with any of the above identity authentication information, we cannot authenticate your real identity and provide you with corresponding technical services.
2.2.2 . To help you complete the order payment, you need to provide Alibaba Cloud with some information related to the completion of the transaction, including the product and/or service information of the transaction, transaction amount, order placement time, order number, order status, payment method, payment serial number, payment status and other necessary information required by anti money laundering laws, We collect this information in order to help you successfully complete the transaction, ensure your transaction security, query order information, provide customer service, etc. If you refuse to provide us with the above information, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding technical services.
2.2.3 . After you have registered your AliCloud account and purchased our technical services, you can ask us to issue and send you an invoice. If you choose paper invoices, you need to provide us with your invoice receiving address, including the recipient's name, detailed address, zip code and mobile phone number; If you choose electronic invoice, you need to provide us with your e-mail address. If you refuse to provide us with the above information, we will not be able to assist you in issuing or sending invoices.
2.3. To provide you with secure and stable AliCloud website services
In order to improve the security of your use of services provided by us, our affiliated companies and partners, ensure the security of the operating environment and identify the abnormal status of your account, protect your or other users or the public's personal and property security from infringement, and better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusion, To more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or Alibaba Cloud related agreements and rules, we may use your account information, device information, relevant network logs and information legally shared by our affiliated companies and partners to judge your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security events, and take necessary records, audits Analysis and disposal measures. If you refuse us to collect the above information, we will not be able to provide you with AliCloud website services. Specifically, we will collect the following necessary information:
2.3.1 . Device information: We will receive and record the information about the device you use (such as the operating system version) according to the specific permissions you have granted during the software installation and use.
2.3.2 . Log information: When you use the services provided by our client, we will automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save them as relevant network logs. For example, your search query content, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language used, access date and time, and the Web page record Etc.
2.4. We may design, develop and promote new products and services based on user information statistics; We will make statistics on the use of our services and may share these statistical information with the public or third parties, However, these statistics do not contain any identification information of you.

2.5. To provide you with perfect service of member information
After you complete the registration of your AliCloud account, you can continue to fill in your information in the "Basic Information" column of your account, including (1) your membership type (individual, enterprise), company name (if you have completed real name authentication, the company name will be subject to your real name authentication information), business years, enterprise size, industry, main business, main products Website domain name; (2) Contact information (country, region, street, telephone, fax). The information you provide in category (1) of this article will help us better understand your requirements for Alibaba Cloud services, so that Alibaba Cloud can promote and introduce products to you in a targeted way; Alibaba Cloud may use the above methods to promote and publicize products, mail business notices (including bills) or communicate with you about the information you provide in category (2) of this article. If you refuse to provide us with the above information, you may not be able to enjoy the value-added services we provide you, but you can still enjoy the basic functions of Alibaba Cloud's website.
2.6. To provide you with professional support or help
When you request our support or help in the service center, you need to provide us with a description of the problem. At the same time, we will need to collect your consultation records, fault reporting records and troubleshooting process for user faults (such as Communication or call record ）Alibaba Cloud will record and analyze this information to respond to your request for help in a more timely manner and improve services. 2.7. To provide you with developer community services
You can choose to use developer community services to experience our one-stop service capabilities of sharing, communication, learning, certification, tools, resources, competitions, activities, communities, MVPs, innovation centers, etc. to meet the growth needs of developers throughout their life cycle. According to relevant laws and regulations, you need to ensure that you complete real name authentication before experiencing developer community services. When you use developer community services, we may collect your personal information in the following scenarios:
2.7.1. You can adjust your developer community account avatar, nickname and profile in "Developer Community" - "Personal Center", but you can still use the system default information to experience developer community services.
2.7.2. You can publish your technical opinions in the developer community and interact with other developers. In order to provide such services to you, we will collect such information you upload, publish or form (which may include pictures, text, article comments you upload), and have the right to display your nickname, avatar and published content.
2.7.3. When you choose to participate in our developer community activities, competitions, or receive related rewards, we may collect your necessary information, and then we will tell you the purpose of the collection of relevant information and obtain your authorization.
Please note that the content and information (such as the product or service evaluation information you published) that you actively provide, upload or publish when using our products and/or services may disclose your sensitive personal information. Please be cautious. If you disclose your personal information in the information uploaded or published in the public area visible to other users, or in your response to the information uploaded or published by others, such personal information may be collected and used by others. 2.8. To maintain and improve the AliCloud services you use
2.8.1. After you have registered your AliCloud account, you can submit the message receiver information on the account management console, including the name, e-mail address, mobile phone number ("message receiver mobile phone number") and the position of the contact person you specified. Alibaba Cloud can send you business notifications (including bills) or communicate with you through the above information. We may use the email address, mobile phone number of the message recipient and the position of the contact person you specify to send you promotional messages, marketing information and other information we think you may be interested in. If you do not want to receive relevant commercial information, you can reject it by oral notification, reply "unsubscribe", or other rejection methods provided by us. Your refusal will not affect the basic functions of your AliCloud website.
2.8.2. In order to provide you with an information display that better meets your personalized needs, we may combine user information from one service on Alibaba Cloud's website with information from other services to create a feature model and user portraits to display and push information and possible commercial advertisements to you, This includes, but is not limited to, news about Alibaba Cloud products, marketing activities and promotions, promotional information about third parties Alibaba Cloud cooperates with, or other content you may be interested in. At the same time, we will also provide you with information display that is not specific to your personalized needs. If you refuse us to carry out the above information processing, you may not be able to enjoy the value-added services we provide you, but this will not affect your continued use of the basic functions of Alibaba Cloud websites.
2.9. When we provide you with business functions or specific services, we will collect, use, store, provide and protect your user information in accordance with this policy and the corresponding product service agreement; If we collect your user information beyond the provisions of this policy and the corresponding product service agreement, we will separately explain the scope and purpose of the information collection to you, and collect your information necessary for providing the corresponding services with your consent; If you choose not to provide the above information, it will affect your use of the corresponding products, but will not affect your use of the basic functions of Alibaba Cloud websites and other products.

3.3.3 . Comply with relevant agreements signed with you (including electronic agreements signed online) or other legal documents.
3.3.4 . In the event of a merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation between Alibaba Cloud and other legal entities, or other cases involving merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if user information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your user information to continue to be bound by this policy, or we will require the company, organization or individual to seek authorization from you again. If bankruptcy is involved and there is no receiver, we will delete the data according to law.
3.4. Public disclosure
We will publicly disclose your user information only under the following circumstances:
3.4.1 . With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may publicly disclose your user information.
3.4.2 . If your personal information must be provided according to the requirements of laws and regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement or judicial requirements, we may publicly disclose your user information according to the required type of personal information and disclosure method. For example, if you sell fake or pirated goods as a cloud market service provider, we may publicly disclose your store subject information and punishment.
3.5. Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization for sharing, transferring and publicly disclosing user information
In the following cases, sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing your user information does not require your prior authorization and consent:
3.5.1. Related to national security and national defense security.
3.5.2. Related to public safety, public health and major public interests.
3.5.3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution.
3.5.4. In order to protect your or other personal life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain my consent.
3.5.5. Your personal information disclosed to the public by yourself.
3.5.6. Collect personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
3.5.7. Necessary for performing our statutory duties or obligations or responding to the instructions of the competent government departments 。
4、 User business data and public information
Unlike your user information, Alibaba Cloud will process user business data and public information as follows:
4.1. User business data
4.1.1. The data you process, store, upload, download, distribute and process by other means through services provided by Alibaba Cloud are all your user business data, and you fully own your user business data. As a cloud service provider, Alibaba Cloud will only process your business data in strict accordance with your instructions, and will not make any unauthorized use or disclosure of your business data except as agreed with you or as required by specific laws and regulations.
4.1.2. You should be responsible for the legitimacy of your user's business data source, content, and processing data. Alibaba Cloud reminds you to carefully judge the legitimacy of the data source, content, and processing data, and to obtain the personal consent or government permission, filing, or evaluation required for processing such data according to law. All results and responsibilities arising from the source and content of your user's business data and the violation of laws and regulations, departmental rules or national policies in the processing of user's business data shall be borne by you.
4.1.3. According to your agreement with Alibaba Cloud, Alibaba Cloud stores user business data in the data center you select. Alibaba Cloud strictly abides by its security commitment to users and protects users' data stored in Alibaba Cloud data centers according to applicable laws.
4.2. Public information
4.2.1. Public information refers to any information you publicly share, which can be viewed or accessed by anyone when using or not using Alibaba Cloud website services. For example, the information you published on the Alibaba Cloud Developer Forum.
4.2.2. In order to use Alibaba Cloud website services, there may be information that you must publicly share. For example, in order to build an honest trading environment in the cloud market, your credit evaluation information (star rating, customer evaluation) needs to be publicly shared. If you are a service provider (seller), you should publicly share information about enterprises or natural person operators in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and Alibaba Cloud market rules.
4.2.3. When you use the cloud market on Alibaba Cloud's website for transactions, you inevitably have to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. You can also establish contact and share with each other through our services. When you create communication, transaction or sharing through our services, you can choose the object of communication, transaction or sharing as the third party who can see your contact information, communication information or sharing content and other relevant information. If you find your personal information leaked, especially your account or password, please contact Alibaba Cloud customer service immediately so that Alibaba Cloud can take corresponding measures.
5、 How do you manage your user information
5.1. Inquiries, corrections and supplements
5.1.1 . You can log on to the AliCloud website to query and manage (change, delete or supplement) the basic business information (basic information) and contact information submitted when using AliCloud services through [My AliCloud] - "Account Center".
5.1.2 . If you need to change the real name authentication information submitted through Taobao or Alipay account, you need to go to the website registered with the original account to make changes.

(1) If we deal with user information in violation of laws and regulations;
