According to Taiwan media, this scene happened at 7:26 a.m. on April 22, when the 052D destroyer "Lishui Ship" of the PLA and the 1109 ship "Zhang Qian Ship" of the Taiwan Army were both operating in the sea area near the Penghu Islands. It may be that "Zhang Qian Ship" was too close to "Lishui Ship", so the PLA officers and men on the "Lishui Ship" issued a clear and firm warning to "Zhang Qian Ship".

In response to this news, the Taiwan Defense Department said that the situation at that time was not a "confrontation", but a "chance encounter". However, this incident still caused quite a stir on the island's network, and some netizens even left a provocative message saying, "The missile has been launched, please accept 157 ships." This arrogant attitude seems to be unaware of the huge gap between the two ships in strength.

Compared with the success class missile frigate "Zhang Qian" of the Taiwan Army and the 052D missile destroyer "Lishui Ship" of the People's Liberation Army, it is simply "nothing can be seen. The PLA's "Lishui Ship" has a full load displacement of 7500 tons, while the Taiwan's "Zhang Qian Ship" has a full load displacement of only 4100 tons, which is completely suppressed by the PLA.
