1 National heating and heating stop time

Due to China's vast territory and large latitude span, heating time varies in northern China. For example, in Heilongjiang, heating usually starts around October. In Tianjin, heating has been advanced to early November in recent three years, while in Beijing and Hebei, heating usually starts around November 15.

The heating time in different places is early or late, mainly based on the local climate background. At the same time, according to the annual temperature changes in autumn and winter, local governments will also fine tune the heating time. Generally, from November 15 to March 15 of the next year, heating will be stopped in advance and postponed in case of special weather.

2. What should be paid attention to after heating?

1、 The room temperature should be appropriate, and it is recommended to adjust it to 18 ℃~20 ℃

If the indoor temperature is too high in winter, it is easy to catch a cold in cold weather.

2、 The room shall be ventilated regularly

When the weather is fine, windows should be opened for ventilation, and indoor sanitary garbage should be cleaned at the same time, which can reduce the occurrence of respiratory diseases.

3、 More sunshine

No matter how warm the heating is, it can not replace the sunlight. Sunshine can increase the absorption of calcium and avoid osteoporosis.

4、 Pay attention to cardiovascular diseases

The cardiovascular system promotes the blood circulation of the whole body. Overheating of the heater "robs" the body of water, which will lead to increased blood viscosity, lower blood pressure, angina and other cardiovascular diseases. The indoor heating temperature can be properly adjusted to make the body most comfortable.

5、 Be careful of skin itching

In winter, the skin itself is easy to dry and itch. After heating, the indoor temperature is higher, which will accelerate the skin moisture loss, make the skin fiber lose toughness and cause fracture, thus forming unrecoverable wrinkles. The skin of the elderly is itchy, and improper scratching can also cause eczema.

3 Solutions to common problems in heating season

Problem 1: The radiator is hot in the front and not hot in the back, which may be caused by the "air blockage" of the radiator

Solution: unscrew the vent valve at the upper end of one side of the radiator, stop the operation after hearing the sound of gas emission, and tighten the vent valve after water outflow. It usually needs to be repeated several times, and the heating will be heated up. If the radiator is not hot after exhausting, professional personnel should be asked to find out the reason, and do not drain water blindly.

Problem 2: The radiator is hot at the top and cold at the bottom, which may be blocked by foreign matters

Solution: Ask professional repair personnel to flush.

Problem 3: The radiator bursts and leaks

Solution: immediately block it with thick towels, rags and other items to reduce water flow. Users of household control system shall close the water inlet and outlet valves or household pipes of radiators; Users of the tandem system should contact the property to seal the valves on the incoming pipes. After adopting emergency measures, ask professional personnel to repair.

Problem 4: Indoor heating equipment leaks

Solution: If the water flow is not large, use a towel or rag to entangle the pipe, leave a section to lead the water into the basin or bucket, and then ask professional personnel to repair it. In case of serious water leakage, it is necessary to close the valve for entering the house (household control) or the riser (series system) and ask for help from professionals. Users must not handle it by themselves. If it is not handled properly, disconnection of the connection may cause huge losses to users.

Problem 5: The bleeding needle of the radiator is twisted or broken, resulting in water leakage

Solution: immediately find a chopstick or thin wooden strip, sharpen one end, insert it into the fracture, stop the leakage first, and then ask the repairman to repair it.

4. The heating is not up to standard? Teach you these three moves!

1、 Before heating, the user shall clearly agree with the heating unit on the heating standard, temperature, liability for breach of contract, etc. If the temperature is not up to the standard, the user should report to the heating unit at the first time and ask for door-to-door temperature measurement.

2、 Temperature measurement is very important. Both parties shall sign on the temperature measurement record, and the user can copy and retain the temperature measurement record. In case of dispute over temperature, the signature can also be refused and comments recorded. If necessary, the third party organization can be required to test and save the test report in the presence of both parties, so as to safeguard rights.

3、 If the service provided by the heating unit is defective, the user should report to the heating unit or the competent department in time, and be careful not to default on the heating fee. Arrears in heating fees can not solve the problem fundamentally, but may also result in a large amount of late fees.
