By yesterday, it was just half the time. What was the situation of each enterprise's release? The person in charge of the Municipal Real Estate Intermediary Industry Association yesterday introduced that 10 enterprises have launched 69110 houses (rooms) in one month, half the time, half the task, and fulfilled the commitment in stages. Among them, Runbang Runjia, Xiaojia Inter bank and Eggshell Apartment have been completed well, with the redemption ratio reaching 99%, 95% and 82% respectively.

According to the transaction statistics of various enterprises in the market, the volume and price of the rental market have fallen since September, and the average daily turnover has dropped by 10% - 20% compared with August; The rental price also generally fell, reflecting that the rent fell by 3% - 5% month on month, the corresponding rent fell by 4.5% month on month, and the rent of eggshell apartments fell by 1.3% month on month.

According to the person in charge of the intermediary association, on the one hand, the rent fell back in September because of the cyclical factors at the end of the graduation season, on the other hand, the government departments continuously released positive signals such as increasing the supply of the rental market and standardizing the rental market behavior, which eased the tension between supply and demand in the rental market.

According to the relevant person in charge of lease management of the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development, in view of the fluctuation of lease price in the previous period, a number of measures were taken together with relevant departments to stabilize the market.

The first is to strengthen industry management. The Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development, together with industry and commerce departments, deployed special governance for the real estate brokerage industry, bringing all of the city's more than 20000 enterprises with registered business scope including the real estate brokerage business into the territorial supervision scope of each district. According to the deployment of the "8.17" interview, we strictly investigated the implementation of the "three no's" requirements by leasing enterprises. A hotline was set up in "12345" to crack down on "black intermediaries", and strictly investigate illegal partition, rent raising, deposit withholding and other behaviors. The Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development has filed more than 20 cases. The public security department eliminated two "black intermediary" criminal gangs and detained a number of people involved in the case.

The second is to increase housing supply through multiple channels. First, we will accelerate the allocation of public rental housing. The 4991 apartment sources in Xicheng, Haidian and Fengtai districts announced in August have all completed their intention registration, and will start the allocation of about 10000 public rental housing by the end of the year. Second, accelerate the construction of collective land rental housing. This year, 39 projects will be completed and 3.21 million square meters of collective land rental housing will be supplied and started. Among them, two collective land rental housing projects, Chengshousi in Fengtai District and Gucheng in Shijingshan District, have been started and can provide 1300 sets of houses. The third is to accelerate the reconstruction of rental workers' collective dormitories. At present, 17 projects have been declared, with a total floor area of 55000 square meters, and 1902 collective dormitories can be provided. Fourth, commercial offices are converted into rental houses, which can provide nearly 2000 sets of houses. By increasing market supply, market expectations were effectively stabilized.

The third is to strictly check the Internet housing source information release platform. The Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development, together with the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Municipal Cyberspace Office and the Municipal Communications Administration, made a centralized interview and checked the main housing source information publishing platforms, such as Fantianxia, 58 Tongcheng, Beikefangfang and Jiwu.com, ordered the relevant platforms to remove 920000 pieces of illegal housing source information and freeze more than 70000 illegal user accounts.

In the next step, the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development will continue to increase the supply of housing rental market with relevant departments, maintain the high-pressure situation of administrative law enforcement, and resolutely maintain the stable and healthy development of the housing rental market.
