Apples are rich in pectin, which is a chewy fruit. Chewing apples is good for cleaning the surface of teeth, but juice contains sugar and fruit acid, which is bad for teeth. So after eating apples, you should rinse your mouth, or drink two mouthfuls of boiled water directly to rinse the juice in your mouth.
