On the morning of September 12, 2018, Professor Song Hua, Deputy Dean and Doctoral Supervisor of Renmin University of China Business School, was invited to the 10th New Era Logistics Salon of our school and gave an academic report on the theme of "Evolution and Development of Supply Chain Finance Practice and Theory". This salon was presided over by Professor Lan Hongjie, the dean of the Department of Logistics Management of our hospital, and some teachers and students, such as Professor Cui Yongmei, Professor Mu Dong, Associate Professor Zhang Lili, the associate dean, participated in the salon.
At the beginning of the report, Professor Song introduced the main contents of the report. The report is divided into three parts: the Chinese practice of supply chain finance, the theoretical progress of supply chain finance, and the research on networked supply chain finance.
Starting from the characteristics of supply chain finance, Professor Song described the four key points of supply chain finance and the four development stages of supply chain finance; It introduces the development of supply chain finance theory in detail, including the background of the emergence of supply chain finance, the early development of supply chain finance, and the connotation and theoretical evolution of supply chain finance; In the aspect of networked supply chain finance research, he explained his theoretical research achievements in supply chain finance in recent three years, and introduced his research achievements in recent years with the example of how Supply Chain Network and SMEs' Operational Capabilities Enhance Working Capital Financing? Integrated Signaling View, which he just submitted.
At the end of the report, the teachers and students of our college and Professor Song further discussed the relevant contents and issues of the Evolution and Development of Supply Chain Finance Practice and Theory, and put forward relevant questions to Professor Song, who gave professional and complete answers.
