During the project period, SF Express and the faculty team of our logistics department discussed in Sidong

Shunfeng Hubei Ezhou Civil Airport is currently the largest cargo airport planned in Asia. In order to make the airport layout reasonable and efficient, and select a reasonable construction scheme from the seven alternative design schemes, it is necessary to carry out simulation and operation evaluation on each design scheme, carry out numerical analysis, scheme evaluation and comparison on the design schemes of the airport and logistics transfer center, and determine the optimal design scheme, which is the core and foundation of the overall project, Our hospital was deeply involved in the work of this project as early as 2017.

In 2017, SF Express Group invited several top universities and enterprises in China to carry out simulation calculation and evaluation on the bidding scheme of the project, and finally determined that our school, German ARC, Boeing Company and Communication University of China would independently complete the evaluation and comparison of the project. After undertaking the project of "Numerical Analysis of Hubei International Logistics Core Hub Project Ezhou Airport Planning" entrusted by Shunfeng Express Group, the teachers and students of our school's logistics department led their student teams for three months, including Shi Xianliang, Lan Hongjie, Lu Xiaochun, Hua Guowei, Zhang Juliang, Huang Anqiang, Yi Hua, Huang Di, and completed the simulation modeling of the bidding schemes of seven companies in June 2017 Through numerical calculation and analysis, the long-term and short-term schemes of airport planning and logistics transfer center planning of each scheme were simulated, the detailed data analysis report was completed, and the optimal bidding scheme was determined, which was unanimously recognized and highly appreciated by Shunfeng Company.

The faculty team of the Logistics Management Department of our college provides intellectual support for the construction project of Shunfeng Ezhou Airport, which is a demonstration of the strength of our century old logistics discipline, but also a reflection of our brand value and profound historical accumulation. The faculty team of our college contributes business intelligence to the development of the industry with action and strength, and leads the continuous development of China's industry.
