Author Introduction

Liu Hui, a professor level senior engineer, an expert enjoying the special government allowance of the State Council, an expert in the field of national high-tech research and development of modern transportation, a winner of the highest science and technology award of China Construction Enterprise Association, an outstanding chief engineer of construction enterprises, a "discipline leader" of China Railway Society, and a national outstanding scientific and technological worker. Liu Hui is a leader in the construction technology of high-speed rail and urban rail transit in China. He has been engaged in technical innovation and engineering technology management of railway and urban rail transit, and has made a series of innovative achievements, which has made important contributions to the innovative development of high-speed railway and urban rail transit construction in China. He has won many National Science and Technology Progress Awards, and edited the Key Technologies for the Construction of Menghua Heavy haul Railway Tunnel, Engineering Construction Organization Design and other works.
