- 1) Strong complaints more than 3 times
- 2) More than 30 ordinary complaints
- 3) Any star user or enterprise certification authority has complained more than once

Level II violation |
In the application, microblog publishing behavior triggered by user actions but not perceived by users themselves. |
If the microblog publishing function is bundled with the application use process, the user shall be clearly informed in a prominent place before the actual microblog publishing. |
This includes but is not limited to the behavior of redirecting users directly to other irrelevant pages through application login, message, cross connection promotion, etc. |
Applications can only be linked to one external link to the official website of the application, and the official website linked to must be relevant to the application functions and descriptions (e-commerce and marketing applications can jump to other external links of white list domain names). |
The online application did not actively push relevant information to the microblog open platform when updating. |
For each application update, developers need to actively push the update details and other relevant information to the microblog open platform. Including: version number, update details, etc. |
