The reporter learned yesterday that the province has recently identified 100 provincial modern service industry cluster demonstration areas, including 12 from Jiaxing, the number of which ranks first in the province.
In order to promote the rapid and high-quality development of the provincial modern service industry cluster demonstration area, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Bureau of Statistics will jointly organize and carry out a comprehensive evaluation every year, and give financial rewards to those who have achieved the best, and give a yellow card warning to those who have "lagged behind". Recently, the comprehensive evaluation results of the provincial modern service industry cluster demonstration zone in 2016 were released. The logistics park of Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Zone ranked first in the province, and the Wuzhen International Tourism Zone of Jiaxing ranked sixth, becoming the highest ranking service industry cluster demonstration zone in the city.
It is worth noting that in this round of assessment, 12 provincial modern service industry cluster demonstration areas were recognized in our city, and the overall results were gratifying. Among them, 4 have entered the top 20 in the province, ranking first with Huzhou City in terms of number. These four clusters are Wuzhen International Tourism Zone, Jiaxing Science and Technology City, Tongxiang Puyuan Xiuzhou Honghe Knitting Industry Cluster Productive Service Industry Cluster Cluster and Jiaxing Modern Logistics Park. Three of them entered the top 10 in the province, ranking first in the number of the province, and ranking first in the same type of cluster.
According to the evaluation results, the provincial finance will reward the top 20 service industry cluster demonstration areas in the comprehensive evaluation results through the provincial development and reform special funds, that is, the above four cluster areas in our city will receive financial rewards. At the same time, five lower ranking service industry cluster demonstration zones such as Taizhou World Trade Center were given a yellow card warning.
In order to build the service industry demonstration zone into a new highland for the development of the service industry, Jiaxing has also given financial incentives to the well developed demonstration zone at the municipal level. Recently, the Municipal Finance Bureau and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission jointly issued a document, according to the 2017 Jiaxing service industry cluster area evaluation award list, and arranged a 1.4 million yuan bonus to fund the city level award cluster area. Among them, 5 clusters in Nanhu District have won awards, with the largest number of financial awards.
