Some representative members also put forward corresponding suggestions on how to expand the path of improving the skill quality of industrial workers, and solve the problems such as the mismatch between supply and demand in talent training and on-the-job training. These proposals and suggestions are relevant to practical problems and highly targeted and forward-looking.
To cultivate a high-quality workforce and develop new quality productivity, we need to implement the package of "production reform" policies that have been issued by the state, and break through the institutional barriers in related fields.
