One person gives instructions while running, and the other person adjusts the rhythm with the pace. Their faces are full of smiles, and their cheerful backs and plump state form a beautiful landscape. There are four conspicuous characters on their clothes - Dark Running Group.

This is what I saw when I interviewed disabled people in Jiangsu. The "Dark Running Group" is a national public welfare running program for the disabled, which aims to help the disabled people go out of their homes, participate in outdoor sports, and establish communication with the outside world.

If people love, the runway will be fine. A running rope has established tacit understanding and trust, and has also brought the disabled closer to the normal people. Because of the participation of accompanying volunteers, the road of blind runners is no longer dark

With the in-depth interview, I found that behind many disabled people who live hard, there are a group of people who silently help them.

"I hope that every child who comes here can have a healthy future," said a doctor of the Disabled Children's Rehabilitation Center.

"Some jobs always need to be done," said the head of a factory for mentally handicapped people.

"I like to stay with disabled people, help them, make them happy, and I will be very happy," said a person in charge of the Home for the Disabled.

"All venues are now accessible, and we hope that the disabled can enjoy the fruits of social development like the healthy people here." The person in charge of a disabled experience center said

Diversified choices of care services for the disabled, digital employment and entrepreneurship for the disabled, extension of rehabilitation treatment for disabled children to society, schools and families, and demand for recreational and sports activities for the disabled... On the way to help the disabled, many organizations, institutions and people do their best to rekindle hope in the dark life of the disabled, It also enables more and more disabled people to have enough confidence to overcome difficulties and find their own way.

Media reports show that more than 90000 disabled college students have entered the campus. Behind the figures are efforts and rush in all aspects. Zhu Xiaopeng, known as Tsinghua's "wheelchair doctor", was diagnosed with spinal cord hemangioma during the summer vacation of freshman year

In recent years, the cause of the disabled in China has been developing continuously, with 2997 social organizations helping the disabled nationwide. On September 1 this year, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Accessible Environment Construction was officially implemented. This law provides a solid legal guarantee for ensuring the equal, full and convenient participation and integration of the disabled and the elderly into social life, and promoting all members of society to share the fruits of economic and social development. This is also a milestone of barrier free environment construction in China.

Every disabled person who constantly strives for self-improvement is doomed to struggle with fate. Put aside the problems that need to be solved by higher level departments and institutions, everyone can also give them some help from the little things around them. For example, don't park your bicycle on the blind road or stare at their disabled parts for repeated observation. Give them more encouragement, respect and friendliness, and they will integrate into the society faster. From this point of view, everyone can become the person who lights up the hope. This is a road of resonance with the same frequency, using emotion with heart, and also a road of glimmer cohesion, morality and kindness.

We can and should do better to illuminate more corners for the disabled in the dark and make their "sunshine radius" bigger and bigger.
