At 5 o'clock in the morning, its center is located in the ocean east of Taiwan, about 1410 kilometers northeast of Manila, the Philippines, which is 23.2 degrees north latitude and 130.9 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 9 degrees (23 meters per second), and the minimum pressure in the center is 990 hpa, Level VII wind circle has a radius of 200-300km.
