It not only focuses on the overall situation of the center, but also is close to the reality of people's livelihood, covering major infrastructure, important platform carriers and major engineering projects related to the economic and social development of our province. Among them, we summarized Hubei's practical experience and development advantages, put forward a proposal to formulate the procuratorial public interest litigation law in the name of the delegation, which includes vigorously supporting Hubei in implementing comprehensive river basin management and overall development, accelerating the construction of the economic zone in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in the central region, supporting the Optical Valley laboratory to be built as a national laboratory, building an inland free trade port based on Huahu Airport Key suggestions such as speeding up the implementation of the new Three Gorges water transport channel and the Jinghan Canal Project, laying out the national hub node of the national integrated computing network in Hubei, and relying on China Carbon Deng to accelerate the construction of the national carbon market and carbon financial center have been highly valued by relevant national ministries and commissions, and many elements of Hubei have entered the important documents of the conference.
According to the schedule of the conference, the Hubei delegation held 7 plenary meetings and 7 group meetings of the delegation, conveyed and studied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the National "Two Sessions", and deliberated on relevant reports such as the government work report, and draft amendments to relevant laws and resolutions. The delegates closely followed the theme and spoke enthusiastically, fully reflecting the wishes and voices of the people, interacting with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the General Administration of Sport of China and other national ministries and commissions, and the relevant departments responded in detail to the relevant suggestions put forward by the delegates.
