brief introduction		 Wang Guohui, male, Han nationality, born in Chun'an, Zhejiang Province in June 1970, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1998 and started work in August 1991. Graduated from Zhejiang University, majoring in education management. He used to be the Deputy Director of the Education Working Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Office of the Provincial Department of Education, the Secretary of the General Party Branch of the Provincial Education Newspapers and Periodicals General Office, the Deputy President, and the Grade V staff. In January 2022, he served as the Secretary and Director of the General Party Branch of the Provincial Education Development Center.

Institutional functions

Zhejiang Education Development Center is a public welfare second class institution affiliated to the Education Department of Zhejiang Province. Its institutional specification is at the head office level, and it is branded as Zhejiang Student Financial Aid Management Center and Zhejiang University Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center.

Main responsibilities:

（1） Carry out research on provincial education planning and strategy, regional education and school planning and construction, and carry out research, consultation and service on education logistics, education infrastructure, integration of production and education, and green campus.

（2） Undertake the research and publicity of student funding policies, implement student funding policies, and guide student funding work.

（3） Undertake the research and publicity of employment and entrepreneurship policies for college graduates, and carry out employment and entrepreneurship guidance and related services for college graduates.

（4） Undertake the guidance, coordination, statistics and performance evaluation of provincial education infrastructure projects.

（5） Undertake the construction of education infrastructure and other projects entrusted by the university system and related management services.

（6） Complete other tasks assigned by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education.
