1、 1688 Rules for Handling the Sale of Counterfeit Goods
[Applicable situation] Selling counterfeit goods refers to the seller's behavior of selling counterfeit registered trademarks or pirated goods.
For example, publishing and selling the goods produced by the registered trademark obligee or its licensee in the country of origin of the goods;
For example, publishing and selling copies of their works without the permission of the copyright owner, including but not limited to books, e-books, software, audio-visual products, etc;

2、 1688 Rules for Handling Improper Use of Rights of Others
[Applicable situation] Improper use of others' rights means that the goods or information released by a business is suspected of improper use of others' trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, portrait rights and other rights, or constitutes unfair competition.
