Notice on Upgrading Alibaba's Integrity Complaint Mechanism

Dear obligees,

Since its operation, Alibaba's integrity complaint mechanism has received good feedback from the vast number of domestic and foreign obligees. In order to bring a better experience of rights protection, encourage obligees to make effective and accurate complaints, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the rights protection mechanism, the upgrading of the integrity complaint mechanism will start trial operation on December 28, 2021, and take effect on April 15, 2022.

The upgrade points are as follows:

1. Enjoy more abundant rights and interests of integrity, including more simplified complaint and evidence in the scene of stealing pictures, fakes, etc., more abundant data trend and reason distribution display, and provide personalized customized guidance scheme in combination with personalized problems and pain points of users' intellectual property rights.

2. Information Reminder&Alert, a complaint account with integrity complaint mechanism, will notify users of outstanding complaints or other important reminders through alert information reminders. Users can view specific details and pay attention to important information reminders through the "User Service" module.

3. More perfect data evaluation system: joining the integrity complaint mechanism platform will evaluate the accuracy of the overall complaint and single reason complaint of the account, and jointly make the integrity mechanism face the benign, stable and healthy development in the future.

We will continue to adhere to the "integrity concept", and hope that these changes can better assist the obligee to carry out intellectual property protection, so that the obligee can truly feel Alibaba's open, inclusive, cooperative and win-win attitude.
