Beijing heating received 6891 complaints on the first day, 80% of which reflected that the temperature was not up to standard

The municipal urban management committee reported that on the first day of the city's official heating on November 15, the overall heating situation in the city was stable, and the number of 12345 heating complaints fell by more than half compared with the first day of the last heating season.

On the first day of trial heating on May 5, the district heating boiler rooms in the whole city have been put into operation, and the urban heat supply network of the Municipal Heating Group has been put into operation with 188 million square meters of heating area as planned. 6891 heating complaints were sent to the municipal heating service platform via the 12345 hotline, of which 82.2% reported that the temperature was not up to standard, 1% reported that indoor facilities were leaking, and 1.2% reported heating fees and other problems. Compared with the first day of formal heating in the last heating season, 12345 heating complaints decreased by more than half. On November 15, Beijing Thermal Power Group sent a total of 1800 people to conduct room temperature sampling tests on 9587 households, and the qualified rate of temperature measurement reached 99.77%.

In response to the recent cooling weather, the Municipal Urban Management Committee has issued a heating warning to all districts and heating units, requiring early preparation and fine adjustment to ensure that the residents' room temperature meets the standard. Next, the municipal and district level urban management committees will pay close attention to the weather, continue to do a good job of heat supply security during the heating season, strengthen the management of the municipal and district heating service platforms, further improve the efficiency of transferring and handling complaints about heat supply services, urge heat supply units to improve the quality of heat supply, provide quality services, and ensure heat supply safety. The Municipal Urban Management Committee will also pay close attention to the heat supply problem where people complain intensively and strongly, continue to carry out the work of "visiting people and asking for warmth", improve the handling mechanism and improve the satisfaction rate of citizens by understanding and solving problems on the spot.

When I came to Mr. Lin's house, the maintenance technician was relieved. "It's not a big problem, just because the air wasn't deflated." After saying that, he took out a screwdriver to deflate the radiators in each room one by one. Soon, the radiators heated up.

"Thank you so much, we are afraid it is a big problem!" Mr. Lin thanked the maintenance technician. The maintenance technician also told Mr. Lin: "When heating next year, if the heating is not hot after the trial heating starts, you should call us immediately, instead of waiting for the official heating!"

The problem that the radiator was not hot during the day was solved. That night, the staff of Chongwenmen Center called Mr. Lin again to ensure that there was no problem with Mr. Lin's heating.

The relevant person in charge of Beijing Heating Group said that the customer service personnel would send orders for every valid heat supply complaint and repair information received through each channel at the first time, and the maintenance personnel of the subordinate heat supply branches and heat supply service centers would contact users at the first time for on-site maintenance and adjustment.
