Etiology of spermatorrhea
Ejaculation refers to the phenomenon of ejaculation without sexual intercourse. According to statistics, 80% of men have this phenomenon. Most of this phenomenon occurs during sleep at night. Generally, the frequency of ejaculation can range from once every 1 to 2 weeks to once every 4 to 5 weeks, which is normal. If there are several ejaculations in a week or several times a night, it is a pathological phenomenon. The main cause of ejaculation is the cortical center, The functional disorder of the spinal cord center and some diseases of the reproductive system are described as follows:
A. Mental factors: sexual demands are too strong to restrain, especially sexual excitement caused by thinking about porn before sleep, which stimulates the central nervous system of sexual activity for a long time, resulting in spermatorrhea (such as frequent reading of pornographic books and paintings, resulting in impulsive spermatorrhea).
B. The body is weak, and the functions of various organs are not perfect. For example, the function of the cerebral cortex is not complete, and the control of the low-level center is lost, while the excitability of the erection center and ejaculation center is increased, and spermatorrhea will also occur.
C. Local lesions: local lesions of sexual organs or urinary system, such as phimosis, redundant prepuce, urethritis, prostatitis, etc. These lesions can stimulate sexual organs and cause spermatorrhea.
