Three departments in Fujian hold online classes of addition and deduction

The policy of pre tax additional deduction of enterprise R&D expenses is a universal policy with high gold content and large preferential strength in the national independent innovation incentive policy system. According to the introduction, since 2023, Fujian tax authorities, through the electronic tax bureau, have targeted the potential beneficiaries such as high-tech enterprises, software enterprises, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises to push the R&D expenses plus deduction policy. At the same time, in combination with the "project steward" tax service, they have provided more accurate personalized services for enterprises. The pre tax plus deduction of enterprise R&D expenses in the province has increased year by year.

"The country continues to increase the proportion of R&D expenses plus deduction, and the company enjoys 75% plus deduction from 2018 to 2020, totaling more than 84.47 million yuan. After the proportion of R&D expenses plus deduction increases to 100% in 2021, the company enjoys a total of 180 million yuan plus deduction of R&D expenses, an increase of 117.83% over the same period of the previous year compared with the 75% plus deduction, further promoting product innovation and development." Lin Jianchao, the financial manager of Saideli (Fujian) Fiber Co., Ltd., said that the online classroom training was rich in content and suited to the actual development of enterprises, which helped enterprises make good use of the preferential policy of R&D expenses plus deduction. "This year, the company plans to start the construction of a second production line, which will be used to research and develop new products and put them into production, so as to further enhance the market core competitiveness and risk control ability," he said.
