"After the trial operation of Shishi Wenhai Cultural Tourism Project started on June 20, the per capita passenger flow is about 200 to 300 people," said Liu Weihuang, head of Shishi Wenhai Cultural Tourism Project, in an interview with reporters.

The project creates a coastal leisure style romance by creating an artistic space with modern simplicity and Minnan element characteristics, architectural culture and creativity. Liu Weihuang said that with the strong support of relevant municipal departments and Xiangzhi Town, they overcame various difficulties during the construction process. It is reported that as the first cultural and tourism project under the pressure of Xiangzhi Town and signed a contract, Shishi Wenhai Cultural and Tourism Project will be signed by the Intercity Cultural and Tourism Group, Xiangzhi Town People's Government and Xiangyu Village Committee at the end of July 2021, and the project agreement for the rural revitalization Doumei Cultural and Creative Area will be officially entered into construction in September. The relevant person in charge of Xiangzhi Town said that Xiangyu Village faces the sea from three sides. With the help of marine resources, the introduction of the sea project has injected new vitality into the rural revitalization, and also helped to drive the tourism and industrial development of Xiangzhi region.
