On April 25, Beijing time, the Central Bank's Business Management Department released the information publicity of administrative punishment, and the documents YGJ [2019] No. 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 showed that Beijing Yiche Life Auto Service Chain Co., Ltd., Beijing Pingrun Xinhe Auto Service Co., Ltd., Beijing Youpinjia Trading Co., Ltd., Beijing Liandong Jinqiao Real Estate Co., Ltd Beijing Sunshine Xingmei International Cinema Management Co., Ltd. has committed an illegal act of rejecting RMB cash. According to the provisions of Item 3 of Paragraph 1 of Article 32 and Article 46 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the People's Bank of China, the Central Bank's Business Management Department has given warnings to the above five companies.
Later, Yiche released an announcement that Beijing Yiche Life Auto Service Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yiche Life") mentioned in the punishment information of the Central Bank's Operation Management Department was confused with some public who cared about this time, because it had the same name as "Yiche". They believed that the two were related. In order to avoid further misreading and misunderstanding, we hereby issue a statement:
1. Beijing Yiche Life Auto Service Chain Co., Ltd., rather than Yiche Company, was punished by the Central Bank.
2. Yi Che Company and Yi Che Life are independent subjects of each other, and they are not related in equity, personnel and any other aspects, nor in investment, cooperation or other relations.
3. Yi Che firmly supports the decision of the Central Bank's Business Management Department to punish companies that violate the regulations, and will always abide by national laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
