The upcoming pension target fund also has a strong demand for fund managers. At present, several fund companies are recruiting suitable pension target fund managers, and the treatment given is quite generous.
Public offering FOF is an innovative product that has attracted much attention in the past year, and there is also a great demand for talents. For some time, talents from financial engineering, insurance asset management, fund research analysts and other fields have joined in. Among them, Wang Qunhang, director of Jian Financial Information Fund Evaluation Center, went to Deppon Fund to serve as the head of FOF line, and Jiang Saichun, the former general manager and chief analyst of Desheng Fund Research Center, joined China Merchants Fund as the deputy general manager of the Fund Investment Department.
In fact, the resumes of many public offering FOF fund managers have fund research experience. Hatu, the fund manager of China Financial Quantitative Selection Hybrid FOF, once worked as a fund analyst in the Financial Innovation Department of Tianxiang Investment Advisory; Jiang Ran, the fund manager of Juyou Select Hybrid FOF of HFT, served as the FOF investment adviser of the Asset Management Department of CSCI Securities and the fund analyst of the Research and Development Department before joining HFT.
"The transformation from research to investment is not only the career promotion path of fund researchers, but also the career planning of most researchers in the stock industry and bond researchers. After all, research and investment are not the same thing. It takes time to hone and test whether it is fund research background or fund managers with quantitative, insurance and other background backgrounds to change to investment." "Third party fund researchers are familiar with the style and performance attribution of a single fund, but lack the ability to allocate large categories of assets. FOF fund managers with quantitative research background lack the research experience of a single fund. FOF fund managers with insurance asset management background have more advantages in the allocation of large categories of assets."
"After the issuance of the Guidelines for Pension Target Securities Investment Funds (for Trial Implementation), several fund companies are looking for suitable pension target fund managers, who are required to have 5 years of working experience and at least 2 years of investment experience," said a proposed public offering FOF fund manager.
Relevant recruitment information shows that Minsheng Jiayin Fund is currently recruiting a pension target fund FOF fund manager, whose responsibilities include participating in or being responsible for the investment management of pension target funds; Formulate matching asset allocation plans and investment strategies according to the needs of different products; Monitor, track and analyze the investment portfolio, and propose adjustment plans.
In addition, fund companies such as Ping An Dahua and Warburg are also recruiting pension target fund managers. The pension target fund manager recruited by a large public offering fund offered an annual salary of 1.1 million to 1.4 million.
"There are not many investors in the fund industry who are competent for pension target funds, and stock or bond fund managers are not necessarily willing to transfer to the FOF Investment Department. But the FOF Department will not expand too fast at one time, and it needs to be determined by the approval speed of pension target funds." said the proposed public offering FOF fund manager.
