This move aims to further strengthen and improve the statistical work of education funds, standardize statistical behavior and improve statistical quality.
Xinjiang requires that all localities should adhere to the problem orientation, standardize the statistical behavior of education funds according to law, establish a statistical work system of education funds with standardized and unified systems, reasonable division of labor, controllable data quality, timely data publication, effective application of results, and strong safeguard measures, and do a good job in statistics of education funds strictly according to law.
Xinjiang has made it clear that education and finance departments at all levels should organize and implement the statistics of education funds according to the principles of hierarchical responsibility, territorial management and "who is in charge, who reviews, who fills in and who is responsible", and perform the statistical responsibilities of education funds. The person in charge of any department or unit shall not modify the statistical data of education funds collected and sorted by statisticians according to law or encourage others to do so, and shall not retaliate against statisticians who perform their duties according to law.
