All CPC members and leading cadres at all levels must firmly adhere to the communist ideal and the belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics, must adhere to the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, must inherit and carry forward the fine tradition and style of the Party, must consciously cultivate noble moral sentiments, strive to carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, be honest and self-discipline, and accept supervision, Always maintain the Party's progressiveness and purity.

Norms for Honesty and Self discipline of Party Members

Article 1 Adhere to the principle of distinguishing between public and private, putting public before private, and being dedicated to public affairs.

Article 2 Adhere to the principle of upholding integrity and refusing corruption, be honest and clean.

Article 3 Adhere to frugality, abstain from extravagance, work hard and plain, and be diligent and thrifty.

The fourth is to insist on the principle of "bear hardship first, enjoy later, and be willing to contribute".

Honesty and self-discipline of Party members and leading cadres

Article 5 Be honest in politics, and consciously maintain the people's public servant identity.

Article 6 Use power honestly and consciously safeguard the fundamental interests of the people.
