fasterElasticNet：安装弹性网的快速方法

拟合Elastic Net、Lasso和Ridge回归，并快速进行交叉验证。我们基于Bradley Efron、Trevor Hastie、Iain Johnstone等（2004）（<doi:10.1214/009053604000000067>）的最小角回归算法和Givens旋转和前后替换等算法构建了该算法。这样，许多要计算的矩阵被保留为三角形矩阵，最终可以加快计算速度。弹性网的拟合算法是使用Armadillo线性代数库用C++编写的。
