The Nalati Grassland at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang is the richest pasture in Xinyuan County, Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture. As one of the four river valley grasslands in the world, the beautiful Nalati wilderness is full of mountains, streams, and valleys, with lush forests, known as the "sky grassland".

Delimulati Shiwo has always lived in Nalati Grassland. His family lives on grazing. Every winter, they will drive their livestock to winter pastures. The Nalati Scenic Area, which was opened for the first time in winter, let him see the business opportunities.

"After the livestock were settled, my brother and I took four horses and joined the horse team organized by the scenic spot management committee to provide services for tourists, with an average income of more than 100 yuan a day." Delimulati Shiwo said that the dividend of tourism development made the family's life better and better.

Wang Shihai, director of the Management Committee of Nalati Scenic Area, said that the Nalati Scenic Area, which is open to winter tourism for the first time, has not only introduced a number of preferential policies, but also will hold snow horse racing, snow horse riding, food tasting and clothing display activities in the scenic area, and organize tourists to experience winter self driving tours according to the tourist routes set by the scenic area.
