Original title: Nearly 3000 villages in Beijing achieve clean heating in winter

On November 14, the reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs that, according to the requirements of the 2018 Beijing Rural Area Village Winter Clean Heating Work Plan, this year's "coal to clean energy" project in rural areas involved 450 villages and 161600 households in the city, all of which now have normal heating conditions. By the end of October, 2963 villages and about 1.11 million households in the city had achieved "coal free".

It is understood that with the deepening of the work, the installation and use of various clean energy heating equipment have increased significantly, and the later maintenance services will become the focus of the work. For this reason, in the early stage of the heating season, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued a notice to all districts, requiring that all efforts be made to do a good job in the post maintenance service of cleaning and heating equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment; Carefully carry out a comprehensive investigation to ensure that every resident can live in a safe and warm winter; At the same time, we will do a good job in coal regulation and consolidate the achievements of "no coal". At present, each district has formed a post maintenance service system for equipment, which is responsible for receiving maintenance calls and urging bid winning enterprises to carry out after-sales work. Each district has established a quick response service mechanism, all of which have realized that each bid winning enterprise or maintenance organization will provide 2-hour on-site service and 4-hour problem solving after receiving the phone call.

It is reported that, in the next step, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will urge all districts to do their best to provide after-sales services, focusing on the following three aspects: first, strengthen the city level inspection, make full use of the strength of the city level third-party inspection team, further increase the frequency of on-site inspection, and enter the village to learn about the use and later service work. Second, with the help of the municipal coal to clean energy management platform, through real-time monitoring data, tracking equipment operating conditions, and effectively warning equipment failures. Third, strengthen the connection with the mayor's hotline, establish a feedback supervision mechanism, ensure that complaints are handled in a timely manner, sort out the complaints of rural residents at about 4 pm every day and feed them back to each district, requiring each district to feed back the implementation of rectification the next day.
