On September 18, 2018, the 12th Summer Davos Forum arrived as scheduled. The theme of this forum is "Building an Innovative Society in the Fourth Industrial Revolution", which attracted more than 2000 representatives from the political, business, civil society, academia and art circles from more than 100 countries and regions. This is by far the largest summit of the World Economic Forum with the theme of the fourth industrial revolution, and also the largest conference held in the 40 years of cooperation between China and the World Economic Forum.

This year, based on the theme of the annual meeting, in order to make a better voice of China and closely follow the economic situation at home and abroad and the reality of Tianjin, Tianjin has put forward 12 topics, including scientific and technological innovation, business model innovation, environmental sustainable development, strengthening global cooperation and so on.
