In view of the pain points and difficulties of poor planning, short lead time and fragmented demand of materials procurement for construction enterprises, this lecture introduces the current centralized procurement mode of CRCC for regional materials, explores the establishment of professional procurement service platform within the enterprise, and builds a new management mechanism of "integration and classification, centralization and decentralization, centralized procurement and centralized supply", With the help of information technology and supply chain financial products, it seeks a path for construction enterprises to achieve lean procurement in the supply chain collaborative environment.
