It can be said that the shortage of staff has become a factor that can not be ignored to affect the work of grass-roots trade unions.

Building a high-quality and strong team of workers of the social chemical industry association is one of the important measures to strengthen the service force of the trade union, which is highly valued by the All China Federation of Trade Unions. In 2016, the General Assembly, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Professional Talents in Trade Union Social Work.
