Explore diversified solutions to labor disputes, focusing on "behavior" and "emotion". The key to the success of the "Four Emotions Mediation Method" lies in the word "emotion". On the basis of "understanding the facts of the case", the mediator "integrates the truth" in the mediation work with the awareness of "like I'm suing", "draws closer feelings" and strives for trust through more greetings and common ways, and then gains understanding and support in the process of "exchanging feelings" with the parties, finally reaching agreement and solving problems. In other words, mediators not only objectively determine the facts and accurately apply the law in their work, but also put themselves in the position of the parties to see the problem from the point of view of the parties, and have both flexibility and reason in mediation methods. The Wuchang District Federation of Trade Unions created a new model of rights protection service with the "Four Emotions Mediation Method", which is a microcosm of trade unions at all levels throughout the country constantly improving the effectiveness of rights protection work with quality, effective and more cordial services. The right protection service has true feelings, and the working methods have warmth. The trade unions at all levels have explored good experience and good methods in building a new mechanism of diversified labor dispute resolution, such as "court+trade union", with their hearts and feelings, so that the "maple" scene in the labor field in the new era will be more "human" beautiful.

Not long ago, the All China Federation of Trade Unions issued the Measures for Trade Union Labor Participation in Labor Dispute Resolution, which not only expanded the way and path of trade union participation in labor dispute resolution for a long time, but also laid a more solid institutional foundation for trade unions at all levels to continuously consolidate the foundation for enhancing feelings with workers and improving the effectiveness of rights protection work.
