The Chinese Workers' Foreign Exchange Center is a public welfare public institution affiliated to the All China Federation of Trade Unions. Its main tasks are: under the leadership of the Secretariat of the All China Federation of Trade Unions, centering on the central task of the trade union, with the goal of peace, development, cooperation and workers' rights and interests, to promote mutual understanding between Chinese workers and workers from all over the world To carry out international exchanges among various employees through friendship and cooperation. In addition, the Office of the Leading Group for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Work of the All China Federation of Trade Unions is located in the Foreign Exchange Center for Chinese Workers, which is mainly responsible for the exchange and cooperation with the workers of the trade unions in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
The Center has offices, international liaison offices, economic and technological exchanges offices, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan offices, finance offices and other working departments. According to the work needs, we are now recruiting one staff member for the office. The specific requirements are as follows:
1、 Recruitment conditions
1. Candidates should have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws, have good conduct and firm and correct political stance, and have the professional or technical conditions and physical conditions required for the post.
2. Candidates should have a Beijing residence or have studied abroad for no more than 2 years.
3. Candidates should have a master's degree, majoring in Chinese, international politics, law, economics, trade and other liberal arts.
4. The applicant was born after July 31, 1983.
2、 Recruitment procedures
1. Registration and qualification review.
The registration time starts from the date of the announcement to 24:00 on September 5, 2018, and will not be supplemented after the deadline.
Candidates must fill in the Application Form for Recruiters from the China Staff Exchange Center, and the information filled in must be consistent with their actual situation, recruitment conditions and qualification conditions of the position they are applying for, and true and correct. Those who pass the qualification examination due to fraud but are not in conformity with the recruitment conditions shall be disqualified from examination and employment once verified.
Applicants must submit two recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos, copies of ID cards, education and degree certificates.
Applicants should send the application form and the materials required for qualification examination to the Office of the Chinese Staff Exchange Center, No. 10, Fuxingmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, within the specified time (subject to the postmark or the time of delivery) (please mark "Apply" in the upper left corner of the envelope); Postal code: 100865.
2. Written interview, physical examination and organizational investigation.
Applicants who have passed the qualification examination and are qualified to apply for the examination will take the written examination. The top four candidates will take the interview according to the written examination results. The written examination and interview focus on the comprehensive quality of candidates to meet the job requirements of the position, and do not specify textbooks and reference materials. If the number of applicants passing the qualification examination is less than 3:1, the position will be canceled if the number of interviewees is confirmed to be less than 3:1.
The specific time of written examination and interview will be notified later.
The written examination and interview are weighted, and the first in the comprehensive score ranking is qualified for physical examination. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). If the physical examination is not qualified, you can apply for a re examination. If the re examination is still not qualified, you will be disqualified. Organize inspection after passing the physical examination.
3. Publicize recruitment results and handle employment procedures.
After the physical examination and organizational investigation, one person to be hired was finally determined and publicized for 5 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled.
3、 Employment and treatment
1. Employment. The employed personnel shall have a one-year probation period, and those who pass the assessment after the probation period shall be formally employed. Unqualified personnel will not be employed.
2. Treatment. Wages, allowances and subsidies shall be determined in accordance with the policy standards of relevant public institutions of the State.
