Improve the standards for annual festivals, Spring Festival get-together, and members' birthday greetings
Beijing Federation of Trade Unions recently learned from Beijing Federation of Trade Unions that during the "Two Festivals" this year, the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions launched the "Five Gifts" initiative, such as sending warmth, policies, culture, services and love, to carry out the "Five Gifts" activity. At the same time, policies were introduced to raise the funding standards for three consolation activities in 2019, including festivals, Spring Festival get-together, and members' birthdays. The standard for members to buy consolation products (or physical vouchers) on their birthdays was raised from 200 yuan to 300 yuan.
It is reported that the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions issued the Notice on Launching Warm Activities during the New Year's Day and Spring Festival in 2019, and the Notice on Relevant Funds for Grass roots Trade Unions to Launch Condolences in 2019, and launched the "five send" measures, such as sending warmth, policies, culture, services, and love.
Send warmth, and extensively carry out visiting and condolence activities. Trade union cadres at all levels in the city went deep into the grass-roots level, enterprises and workers' families, visited model workers, workers in need, front-line workers and migrant workers who stuck to their posts on festivals, deeply understood the working and living conditions of workers, and helped them solve practical difficulties and problems. We will actively raise funds and appropriately increase the amount of "warm money" for families with low income and subsistence allowances.
Give away policies and improve the standards of three consolation activities. First, raise the standard of annual holiday condolences. The total annual expenditure is generally no more than 30% of the budget expenditure of the trade union at the same level in the current year, and it is increased to 50%. The trade union organization can distribute articles of daily use that conform to the traditional Chinese festival habits and are necessary for the workers and the masses on holidays. The second is to improve the standard of condolence for Spring Festival get-together. When the labor union organizes employees to hold Spring Festival get-together and tea party activities, it can give 150 yuan per capita participation award to all participants. Third, improve the birthday condolence standards of members. When members celebrate their birthdays, the trade union organization can buy birthday consolation products (or physical coupons) for members. The standard is raised from 200 yuan to 300 yuan, and the consolation products and physical coupons are signed by members in their real names.
Give away culture and carry out GSP services in depth. On the eve of the Spring Festival, continue to carry out cultural brand activities that are popular with employees, such as the Spring Festival Concert "Warming in the Capital"; 300000 temple tickets were issued to members of the city; Carry out a series of activities and inclusive service projects, such as the calligraphy culture of "One Heart, One Book, Happy New Year of the Motherland", the public welfare activity of sending ten thousand blessings and entering ten thousand families, and the warm activity of the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions.
Deliver services and promote the construction and service of Warm Heart Posthouse. In cooperation with well-known enterprises, 9650 staff warming stations were established in Suning stores, Bank of Beijing outlets, Sinopec gas stations, chain stores and other places to provide workers with hot food, hot water, charging, rest, toilet and other services, and unify the signs of "staff home" and "staff warming station", so that workers can find trade union organizations anytime and anywhere.
Send love and build a public welfare "warm bridge". The Beijing Federation of Trade Unions and trade unions at all levels set up a "warm bridge" to appeal to the broad masses of workers and staff to show their love, participate in "warm charity sale, love giving", "public welfare bus" and other warm activities, and promote the whole society to create a warm atmosphere of help and mutual assistance.
