Tian Xiangli said that migrant workers are one of the main forces in the labor force. He hoped that the vast number of migrant workers and eight groups of staff friends can strengthen their confidence, give play to their intelligence to build their hometown and benefit the society, and become useful talents to promote the development of society and hometown while realizing their self-worth and life dreams.
Tian Xiangli stressed that trade union organizations at all levels should achieve full coverage of condolences and visits before the Spring Festival and send warmth to every migrant worker. Migrant workers' members should be cared for to make them feel the warmth of the trade union. We should be the parents, close friends and confidants of migrant workers, take their needs as the focus of trade union work, work hard on rights protection services, think of measures and make practical suggestions, and promote the implementation of 14 key tasks of caring and serving migrant workers. We should dig deeply into the advanced figures and typical deeds of migrant workers, and create a strong atmosphere of glorious labor and greatness.
