Liang Jianhua, a native of Zhongwei, was born in Guanqiao Village, Binhe Town, Shapotou District, Zhongwei City in 1969. He loved music from childhood. He joined the school band in middle school. In 1988, he was admitted to a military band of a group army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The next year, he was admitted to the music department of the former Ningxia Yinchuan Teachers College (now the Music College of Ningxia University) with excellent results.

After graduating from college in 1992, Liang Jianhua was assigned to teach in Zhongwei Ruoyuan Middle School. From then on, he plunged into the teaching line and practiced the sacred mission of "building morality and cultivating people, teaching and educating people". For 30 years, he used music to arouse the ideals of rural students and cultivate the feelings of children.

Liang Jianhua told reporters that he likes to study advanced teaching methods and concepts. In Zhongwei, he is the first teacher to make teaching courseware and take a laptop to class. On the premise of completing the teaching task, he took the initiative to coach the high school music majors and train the student band. He was the founder of the first rural middle school student band in Zhongwei City. The student band he tutored won the first, second and third prizes in the Zhongwei Copper Band Competition for many times, and the student choir he tutored won the first, second and third prizes in the Zhongwei Primary and Middle School Students Chorus Competition for many times. He pays special attention to the growth of students who love music, and uses his spare time to provide free tutoring for students with special skills. Over the past 30 years, he has admitted hundreds of students with special skills in music to universities.

Liang Jianhua conscientiously summarized his teaching experience, explored teaching methods, and published many papers such as "Successful Music Appreciation Class", "Counseling and Training of Rural Middle School Band", etc. In 2009, he was transferred to Zhongwei No. 5 Middle School to teach. Because of his outstanding teaching achievements, he has been assessed as outstanding in the municipal level for four times; In 2019, he was rated as an excellent educator by Zhongwei Municipal Education Working Committee and Municipal Education Bureau; In 2019, he won the ministerial level excellent course in the national "one teacher, one class, one teacher" evaluation.

Born and raised in Si. Liang Jianhua deeply appreciates the cultivation of his hometown elders, which is the motivation for him to adhere to social public welfare activities for many years. In 2009, he joined Zhongwei Free Blood Donation Volunteer Love Art Troupe, and was appointed as the vice president of Zhongwei Free Blood Donation Association. He is the main organizer and participant of the Free Blood Donation Volunteer Love Art Troupe.

Liang Jianhua said.

During the COVID-19 epidemic, he took an active part in voluntary services and stayed in the tent for 47 days. During his volunteer service, he was deeply moved by the anti epidemic spirit of doctors, nurses, the People's Liberation Army, the people's police, and the people at the front line of the anti epidemic, and wrote anti epidemic public service songs such as "Thank You" and "Hero Unknown". The songs were pushed and broadcast on many networks and television platforms such as the Learning Power App.

"Why do I always have tears in my eyes? Because I love the land under my feet deeply." Liang Jianhua said that music is his favorite career in his life, and he is the exclusive signing musician of Tencent Music. Over the years, he has walked in Zhongwei to experience life and eulogize his hometown with heart, emotion and music.

In 2021, the song "Follow Me All My Life", which was composed to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, was exhibited on the WeChat platform of the Central Committee of the Democratic League of China. In the same year, the song "We" was filmed as an anti epidemic song MV by the Propaganda Department of the Central Health Municipal Party Committee. His songs "We Are the Children of the Yellow River", "Zhongwei Zhongwei", "Sparks", "Song of Socialist Core Values" and so on were widely sung by the people. The song "Thank You" won the bronze prize in the "CCTV Online" Song Contest of the Central Conservatory of Music.

As a member of the CPPCC, Liang Jianhua has always kept in mind his original mission, paid close attention to social and economic development and people's livelihood, actively participated in various investigations and surveys, conscientiously fulfilled the responsibilities of members, and actively made suggestions.

Served as the deputy chairman of Shapotou District of the NLD, enthusiastic about league affairs, united and led the allies to actively create a dynamic branch, and the NLD compulsory education joint branch won the honorary title of "Advanced Grass roots Branch" of the NLD Central Committee in 2020. In 2022, he was personally awarded the title of "Excellent Individual in Propaganda" by the Central Committee of the China Democratic League.
