The second plenary meeting of the 12th CPPCC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee is scheduled to be held in Yinchuan in late January 2024. In order to give better play to the positive role of the relevant departments (units) of the autonomous region in the consultation of the CPPCC, it is hereby requested that the department (unit) in charge of which there is no member of the 12th CPPCC of the autonomous region recommend a responsible comrade to attend the meeting as a nonvoting delegate.

The information submitted is as follows:
1、 The electronic version of the Word file of the Registration Form for Basic Information of Non voting Personnel at the Second Plenary Session of the 12th CPPCC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee must use the original downloaded file and must not be self-made or modified.
2、 The basic information registration form of the second plenary session of the 12th CPPCC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee (sealed scanning version (PDF format)).
3、 One inch recent white background bareheaded color photo of the attendants (file name: "name" of the photo, such as "Zhang XX. JPG", with pixels of more than 320 * 240, file size of 50-800KB, JPG format).
4、 The subject of the email is the full name of the submitting unit. Please leave the contact information of the staff in the body of the email so that we can do a good job in the conference work.
The comrades attending the meeting as nonvoting delegates are requested to arrange their own work in advance, attend the meeting in the whole process on time, and observe the discipline of the meeting. During the meeting, no leave without reason is allowed without special circumstances.
