During my tenure as the legal adviser of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region and some cities and counties, I actively provided professional legal services for the government's major administrative decisions, the formulation of normative documents, the optimization of business environment, the handling of legal affairs, etc., issued professional advice, and made suggestions for improving the scientificity and effectiveness of administrative management of administrative organs, and promoting the construction of a rule of law government. In order to comprehensively govern the country according to law, we must seize the "key minority" of leading cadres. By participating in the "pre conference learning of law" of the government and government departments, I carried out legal publicity to leading cadres to help improve their ability to deepen reform, promote development, resolve conflicts, maintain stability and deal with risks by using the rule of law thinking and method.

Safeguard fairness and justice. Fairness and justice is a very lofty value pursued by our party. To comprehensively govern the country according to law, we must closely focus on safeguarding and promoting social fairness and justice. We must run the pursuit of social fairness and justice, the value of the rule of law, through the whole process and all aspects of legislation, law enforcement, justice, and law-abiding, and strive to let the people in every legal system, every law enforcement decision Fairness and justice are felt in every judicial case. As a lawyer's own job, acting as an agent for litigation cases, in participating in judicial activities, earnestly handle each case undertaken, conscientiously safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, constantly improve the service mode, actively perform the legal aid duties, handle no less than three legal aid cases every year, regularly carry out letters and visits on duty in the procuratorate of the autonomous region, answer legal advice, Play a good role in safeguarding fairness and justice, rights relief, settling disputes and stopping disputes, and use the power of governance to protect and maintain the last line of defense of social fairness and justice.

Help rural revitalization. People's livelihood is the foundation of people's happiness and social harmony, and improving people's livelihood is the fundamental purpose of development. In particular, on the topic that consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation is the bottom line task of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, a chapter of "assistance mechanism" is set up in the Regulations, Specific provisions were made on the establishment and improvement of the mechanism for poverty prevention and dynamic monitoring, early warning and assistance of rural low-income population, as well as education assistance, health assistance, housing security, etc., which provided a solid and powerful legal guarantee for promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas in our district.
