In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and earnestly implement the central government's requirements on effectively promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas, in accordance with the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Special Enrollment Plan for Key Universities in 2024, and in combination with our school running characteristics and talent training requirements, we will continue to carry out the special enrollment plan for universities in 2024.

1、 Enrollment objects and conditions

Candidates should be rural students from high schools below the county level (including county-level cities) in remote, poverty and ethnic areas, who are politically and ideologically qualified, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, physically and mentally healthy, ambitious, diligent, good performance, and hard-working. The specific implementation area shall be subject to the relevant provincial (district, city) announcement.

Candidates must also meet the following basic conditions: (1) Conform to the registration conditions for the 2024 unified college entrance examination; (2) I and my father or mother or legal guardian are in the rural area of the implementation area, and I have local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years; (3) I have been enrolled in the high school of the county where my household registration is located for three consecutive years and actually study. The province of origin is responsible for the examination and verification of the examinees' household and school registration qualifications.

Candidates who gave up their admission qualification or dropped out after being admitted to the special plan in previous years will no longer have the qualification to apply for the special plan 。

2、 Enrollment plan and specialty

The number of special plan enrollment of colleges and universities shall not be less than 2% of our annual undergraduate enrollment scale (about 80 people, subject to the specific order issued by the Ministry of Education).

The non college entrance examination comprehensive reform province is a science and engineering plan, and the college entrance examination comprehensive reform province requires "physics+chemistry" (both subjects must be selected). The specific requirements for the selected subjects of each specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the local provincial recruitment office.

The provincial and professional plans are formulated according to the candidates selected in each province and region, the source of students admitted in previous years and other factors, of which Xinjiang is the Chinese language plan. The provincial and professional plan will be released on our enrollment information website in early June.

3、 Registration procedure

Applicants who meet the registration conditions should log into the "University Special Plan Registration System" from April 11 to April 25, 2024 (website: https://gaokao.chsi.com.cn/gxzxbm/ ）, register online according to the requirements of the registration system, fill in various information, upload registration materials, and complete online registration.

All application materials submitted by examinees must be reviewed by the middle school, signed by the principal, and publicized in detail in the middle school.

The application materials uploaded are ：

one Original application form for special college program of Beijing Jiaotong University 。 After filling in successfully The system automatically generates, in which the "score information" must be filled in completely with the final scores and grade rankings of each subject from the first semester of senior one to the last semester of senior three (five semesters in total) (excluding previous students). The version number of the uploaded file must be consistent with the version number of the application form of the registration system after being signed and confirmed by the person in charge of the middle school and stamped with the official seal of the middle school. In case of any change in the previous students or the middle school they attended, their senior high school grades shall be stamped with the official seal of the original middle school educational administration department.

4、 Audit procedure

(I) For candidates who have completed online registration and have passed the examination of their household and school registration qualifications by the provincial recruitment office in their source areas, our school will organize experts to review the basic information, application intention, ideal and belief, ideology and morality, honesty and trustworthiness, academic performance and expression, academic level examination results, ability and quality, participation in extracurricular practice activities and other aspects reflected in the materials submitted online, Conduct comprehensive review.

(II) According to the expert review results, and in combination with the enrollment of candidates in various provinces and regions, select the best candidates to determine the list of candidates. The list of candidates will be published on the enrollment information network of our university at the end of May, and reported to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform. The candidates who have no objection will be recognized as qualified for the special plan enrollment of our university. Candidates can query their personal results through the college special plan registration system.

5、 Admission method

(I) ） The way and time of filling in the college entrance examination volunteers of the selected candidates shall be subject to the regulations of the local provincial recruitment office. Candidates must fill in the professional volunteer within the scope of the specialty of enrollment of our university's special plan announced by the province where they are located.

(II) Minimum score requirements for admission: one To implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in provinces and regions, candidates must achieve a certain score on the relevant minimum admission control line designated by the local provincial recruitment office, including 30 points for Zhejiang and 60 points for other reform provinces and regions (the total score of the college entrance examination in provinces and regions other than 750 points system shall be converted proportionally). 2. Candidates from Inner Mongolia and Tibet must achieve a controlled score of 60 points or above for a batch of undergraduate students of the same discipline. 3. In other provinces and regions not subject to the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the score of the candidates must reach 40 points or less under the local general professional unified enrollment in the same category of simulated filing calculation line (excluding special types such as Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools, referred to as "simulated filing calculation line"), And it should not be lower than the local control score line for a batch of undergraduate students of the same discipline (for provinces with combined undergraduate batches, the control score line for a batch of undergraduate students is the local control score line for special types of admission).

(III) For those candidates whose filing scores meet the minimum score requirements and other admission requirements, according to the special sub specialty enrollment plan of our university published by the province where the candidates are located, according to the candidates' filing scores from high to low, in combination with the relevant provisions of the enrollment regulations, according to the principle of "giving priority to the scores and following the wishes", they are selected to enroll and arrange their majors. Candidates whose scores fail to meet the admission requirements or whose professional aspirations have been met and who do not obey the professional adjustment will be rejected. If there are not enough students, this plan will not recruit volunteers or reduce the scores.

（4） The enrollment plan and majors will be appropriately adjusted among provinces according to the enrollment situation and source quality of the selected candidates in each province.

（5） Physical examination standards of all specialties shall be implemented by reference《 Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities 》。 Other matters not covered herein shall be subject to the provincial-level recruitment regulations and the enrollment regulations of our university.

6、 Monitoring mechanism

The special plan enrollment work of colleges and universities is carried out under the leadership of the school enrollment work leading group. The enrollment work will fully implement the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, comprehensive evaluation, and selective admission", and accept social supervision. Candidates and middle schools should truthfully submit or recommend relevant materials. Those who provide false personal information or application materials are deemed to have cheated in the national education examination, and their application and admission qualifications for the special plan of colleges and universities will be canceled. Those who have obtained student status will be canceled, and their application, examination and admission qualifications for the college entrance examination of that year will be canceled by the relevant provincial recruitment office or education administrative department, According to the seriousness of the case, the student will be suspended from participating in various national education examinations for 1-3 years, and the person in charge of the middle school will be held accountable. No vacancy will be filled.

After the freshmen enter the university, the university will review the admission qualification of the candidates admitted according to the special plan of the university, and cancel the admission qualification of the candidates who do not meet the requirements of the implementation area, student registration, household registration, etc.

The school does not entrust any organization to carry out training and enrollment related activities, and does not hold any form of counseling classes.
