9. Limiting profits from violations.
If the website platform takes prohibitive measures against the illegal "We Media", it shall simultaneously suspend its profit-making authority for 2 to 3 times the duration of the prohibitive period. The website platform shall cancel or not grant the profit-making authority to the "We Media" that creates vulgar people, violates the public order and good popular online celebrity image, and conducts malicious marketing on social hot events through multi account linkage. The website platform shall regularly report to the network information department the relevant information about the restriction of the illegal "We Media" profit-making rights.
10. Improve the number of fans management measures.
The number of fans of "We Media" increased due to violations should be timely verified and cleared by the website platform. During the prohibition period, "We Media" shall not add new fans, and historical posts shall not be presented in key links such as website platform recommendation and list. For the "We Media" that frequently scrambles social hot events to attract attention, it is permanently prohibited to add new fans. If the circumstances are serious, it will empty all fans. The website platform shall not provide the number of fans transfer service.
11. Strengthen the management of MCN institutions affiliated to "We Media".
The website platform shall improve the management system of MCN institutions and implement centralized and unified management of MCN institutions and their signing accounts. On the homepage of "We Media" account, display the name of the MCN organization to which the account belongs in a prominent way. For MCN institutions that use signed accounts to jointly hype and have repeatedly violated the rules, the website platform should take measures such as suspending the right to make profits, restricting the provision of services, settling down and returning.
12. Strictly handle violations.
The website platform shall timely discover and strictly deal with "We Media" violations. For the "We Media" that forwards rumors, it should take measures such as canceling the interaction function, cleaning up fans, canceling the right to make profits, banning and closing down. For "We Media" that fails to pass the qualification certification and is engaged in information release in the fields of finance, education, health care, justice, etc., measures such as canceling the interactive function, banning, and closing should be taken.
13. Strengthen the exposure of typical cases.
The website platform should strengthen the handling and exposure of illegal "We Media", set up a warning education column, regularly publish typical cases of illegal "We Media", and warn "We Media" to do a good job in self-management.
