Why is there no comment module on WordPress page

Why is there no comment module on the new page? I am often asked by novices because "Allow comments" is not checked by default on the WordPress page, which needs to be checked manually before publishing.

Block editor, when creating a page, check "Allow comments" on the left.

This problem is mainly concentrated on users who use the classic editor. By default, the option of "Allow Comments" is not visible in the editing page. The solution is to open the display option on the top right and check "Discussion". Then a discussion panel will appear at the bottom of the editor. Check "Allow Comments" and publish.
