Delete the Chinese name file of the virtual host

Recently, when I was sorting out the files in the host space, I suddenly found that a file and folder with this Chinese name could not be deleted, nor could I change the permissions, including the background of the login space and my commonly used FlashFXP. Finally, I randomly found a green version of FTP tool called 8uftp, which could change the permissions and successfully delete them.
