Scope of application
1. Realize the full height mining of thick coal seam, super working resistance and super expansion ratio at one time.
2. The support is suitable for the roof with strong pressure, and the roof control effect is remarkable.
3. The support adopts electro-hydraulic control system, which can realize automatic machine following, sequential frame moving, remote control, and intelligent and automatic coal mining needs of the working face.
Structural characteristics
1.1.75m center to center distance, super working resistance, super expansion ratio, four pillar support shield hydraulic support, the maximum working resistance can reach 20000-24000kN;
2. The support can use the working face inclination of about 15 °;
3. The front and rear columns of the support are high reliability double telescopic columns with a cylinder diameter of φ 400mm, and the external pressing plate structure is used for fixing;
4. The support adopts the structural form of steep shield beam and short four-bar linkage, which increases the back angle of the support, reduces the area of gangue, and improves the safety, reliability and adaptability of the support.

According to China Coal Machinery Industry Association, Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. was a leading manufacturer of fully mechanized coal mining equipment in China in 2011 based on the total sales revenue of coal mining equipment. According to the output in 2011, the Group's hydraulic support accounted for about 26% of the Chinese market share.
