Garden plant Study on Micro cutting Technology
In this paper, the twigs of Taxus chinensis, Campanula japonica, Sambucus williamsii and Photinia photini were used as materials, and treated with different kinds, concentrations and ratios of rooting agent solutions at different times. After 30 days of cutting, the rooting rate, root length and number of rooting cuttings were counted. The results showed that the rooting process of cuttings could be divided into three stages according to their morphological changes, namely the induction stage of adventitious root primordium, the formation stage of adventitious root and the elongation stage of adventitious root. After rooting agent treatment, the cutting propagation system of four plants was successfully established, which significantly increased the rooting rate of the tender branch cuttings of these four plants. The types of rooting agents and treatment time have similar effects on plants with different rooting difficulty, that is, after treatment, the rooting rate of four plants has significant effects. However, rooting agents have different effects on improving the rooting rate of different plants. The rooting rate of difficult rooting plants is higher than that of easy rooting plants. Adding rooting agent formula to facilitate the rooting of tender branch cuttings of plants, and the combination of multiple rooting agents can significantly improve the rooting rate of cuttings, obtaining an optimal rooting agent formula for plant cuttings: 250mlIBA+250mlNAA. In addition, rooting agent has obvious regulation effect on physiological and biochemical metabolism of cuttings and changes the activity of cuttings in different periods, thus promoting rooting of cuttings.
