Detailed construction organization design of land consolidation project
Content introduction (I) Filling channel 1 Surveying and setting out: after the completion of the on-site pile handover, the re survey and the through survey of line conductors and levels shall be carried out in a timely manner; Close with adjacent contract sections. Then the total station or theodolite shall be used to place the line center line stake, subgrade side stake and land acquisition boundary stake, and the accuracy shall comply with the specifications. In order to facilitate the subgrade construction, the posts shall be set every 10~20m and the line shall be hung for construction. 2. Base treatment: remove the garbage, organic residue and turf, roots and surface at least 20cm below the original ground within the scope of the fill land. The humus removed shall not be discarded, but shall be neatly stacked outside the slope corners on both sides. After the canal embankment is formed, it shall return to the slope of the canal embankment. In the half cut and half fill section, the excavation slope shall be excavated into a step of not less than 1m, and 2% inward cross slope shall be set at the bottom of the step, then widening and filling shall be carried out, and the filler shall be paved. The filler shall be transported to the filling area by dump truck and dumped at equal intervals. The loose paving thickness of each layer shall not exceed 30cm. The bulldozer shall cooperate with the grader for paving, and sufficient cross slope shall be set to facilitate drainage. In order to ensure that the embankment edge after trimming the embankment slope has sufficient compactness, each side shall be widened at least 30cm during filling. Different fillers shall be filled and compacted in layers. The compacted thickness of the last layer from the embankment filling to the top of the roadbed shall not be less than 8cm. 3. Compaction: before compaction, the moisture content of the filler shall be tested, and its value shall not exceed ± 2% of the optimal moisture content. When the moisture content is low, watering measures shall be taken, and when the moisture content is too high, turning and drying shall be carried out. The frog rammer shall be used for compaction from both sides to the middle. The adjacent rolling compaction shall overlap 1/3~1/2 indentations, and the adjacent longitudinal rolling sections shall press each other for 2m. The number of rolling passes and forward speed shall be controlled according to the data determined by the test. 4. Quality inspection: self inspection of width, compaction thickness, pile by pile elevation and compactness shall be carried out after filling and compaction of each layer. After self inspection is qualified, it shall be reported to the supervising engineer for inspection. The next layer can be filled after signing. 5. The original ground of the half fill section shall be carefully cleaned during the filling construction in the horizontal half fill and half cut section, and the interface of half fill and half cut shall be delineated as regularly as possible to ensure good splicing. When the cross slope of the original ground is not steeper than 1:10, fill in layers after the original surface soil of the half filling section is scarified; During filling, paving and rolling must be carried out in layers from low to high, and special attention shall be paid to the splicing at the junction of filling and excavation. The rolling shall be dense without stitching. For the excavation of half filled and half excavated sections, the upper excavated section can only be excavated after the original ground of the lower half filled section is well treated and inspected by the supervising engineer. 6. The original ground of the filling section at the longitudinal junction shall be carefully cleaned, and the cleaning length shall not be less than 30cm. (It can be determined according to the filling height and the original ground slope). The longitudinal filling and excavation interface shall be excavated regularly, and the interface shall be as vertical as possible to the centerline of the subgrade to ensure good splicing. When the longitudinal gradient of the original ground at the filling and excavation junction is not steeper than 1:10, fill in layers after scarifying the original ground surface soil. When filling and excavation, it must be paved and rolled in layers from low to high. Special attention should be paid to the splicing of the filling and excavation junction, and the rolling should be dense without patchwork.
