This project is an office building project. The building has six floors above the ground and one floor underground; The total height of the building is 22.2m. The total construction area is 14669.4 square meters. The design contents include: heating system, ventilation system, smoke control and exhaust system, heat exchange station system.
1、 Heating system:
1. The heating source is connected from the heat exchange station in the basement of the building, the heating medium is 95/70 ℃ hot water, the heating heat load is 866kW, the heating heat index is 60W/m2, the circulating resistance of N1 system is 24.6KPa, and the circulating resistance of N2 system is 27.8KPa.
2. The project adopts a single pipe system with upper supply and lower return and crossing pipes. The heating water supply pipes are laid on the roof of the 6th floor, the heating water return pipes are laid on the roof of the 1st floor, and some are laid in the basement.
3. The radiator shall be made of steel and installed on the floor. The radiator in the small toilet shall be steel bathroom radiator, and the radiator bottom shall be mounted at 1.2m from the ground.
2、 Ventilation system:
1. The ceiling mounted exhaust fan with check valve and overheat protection device is set in the toilet of the standard room and is led to the exhaust shaft of the toilet with Φ 100 aluminum or plastic hose. The connection between the air duct and the shaft should be leak proof.
2. The operation room is equipped with a ventilation system of mechanical exhaust and natural air supplement, and the exhaust system of local exhaust hood is provided by the kitchen process contractor.
3. The restaurant is equipped with a comprehensive exhaust system
4. The distribution room in the basement is equipped with mechanical ventilation
5. The elevator machine room on the roof is equipped with mechanical exhaust and natural air supplement.
3、 Fire smoke exhaust system:
1. In this design, the walkway on the second floor is divided into two smoke control zones, the third to fifth floors are divided into four smoke control zones (one natural smoke exhaust point, three mechanical smoke exhaust points) with smoke retaining walls, and the sixth floor is divided into two smoke control zones with smoke retaining walls. There are three mechanical smoke exhaust systems, PY-1, PY-2 and PY-3.
2. Each smoke exhaust fan is responsible for the vertical layout of the mechanical smoke exhaust system.
3. The automatic smoke retaining wall is interlocked with the fire control system. When the fire control center sends out a fire alarm signal or directly receives smoke, temperature and light sensing signals, the smoke retaining wall quickly drops to 500mm below the ceiling, forming a smoke zone division.
4、 Description of heat exchange station system:
1. This design is for the heating and heat exchange station in the plant area. Total heat load is 3500KW
2. The heat exchange equipment of this heat exchange station uses modular heat exchange units, two hot water circulating pumps (one for operation and one for standby), and two make-up pumps (one for operation and one for standby).
3. The constant pressure mode of the system adopts the constant pressure of variable frequency make-up pump
