The refrigeration and heat exchange room of the project is located on the basement, with two water-cooled screw chillers, each with a refrigerating capacity of 1044KW. The chilled water adopts a large temperature difference system, and the supply and return water temperatures are 6-13 ° C. One plate heat exchange unit is set in the machine room, with heat exchange capacity of 1650KW, secondary water temperature of 60/50 ° C, and primary water of 110/70 ° C, which are provided by the municipal heat supply network. The fan coil unit plus fresh air system is adopted, and the air distribution form is upward supply and upward return. The primary effect filter is set at the fresh air inlet of the fan coil unit horizontal and heat recovery fresh air ventilator.

The project is located in Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It is a new cultural activity center with five floors, a building area of 2999.2m and a building height of 23.3m. The building adopts digital vortex central air conditioning system. According to each floor, there is one set of air conditioning system, with a total of five sets of central air conditioning systems; The outdoor host of air conditioner is installed on the roof. The indoor unit of air conditioner shall be of the four side windy ceiling type or the concealed pipeline type. Fresh air mode: each floor is equipped with one or two total heat exchangers, and fresh air is sent into the room after being precooled by the total heat exchanger.
