Deflection Analysis of I Section Circular Hole Honeycomb Beam Wang Yayun
The deformation of simply supported circular hole castellated beams with different parameters is analyzed. Based on the ANSYS finite element software, a reasonable numerical model is established, and the honeycomb beams with different opening parameters and span height ratios are numerically calculated. The deflection correction coefficients of the honeycomb beams with different parameters are obtained and compared. The results show that when the span height ratio is the same, the deflection correction coefficient of the honeycomb beam increases with the increase of the hole height ratio; It decreases with the increase of the distance height ratio, but the decrease amplitude is small; At the same hole condition, the deflection correction coefficient of the honeycomb beam decreases with the increase of the span height ratio, and when the span height ratio is greater than 20, the change tends to be flat. Therefore, it is suggested that the castellated beam should be used in building structures with large spans; Combined with practical deflection estimation method, the simplified calculation formula of deflection considering opening parameters is derived. This calculation method has comprehensive considerations and simple calculation method, which can provide a reference for the design of honeycomb beams.
